For the past few years, I have been feeding garden birds. Outbreaks of avian flu have been causing serious damage to the bird populations in the recent years, but according to the RSPB website, feeding garden birds is considered low risk. Robins, blue tits, great tits, and the occasional coal tits have been the regular visitors. I have thousands of photographs, unedited and quietly filed away. Even if I cannot find the time or the energy to edit and post them on this site, I have created the following animaton of a robin, photographed on 29 March 2024.
