DIY on Christmas Day?

Last year, 620 people filled in their tax returns on Christmas Day (BBC: Christmas Day tax returns trend), so it is not a surprise that a neighbour may be doing some DIY. Well, there has been a constant banging against the wall, so I’ve surmised. Perhaps the family dinner didn’t go well, and the poor wall is taking a hammering.
