Genghis Khan as business guru?

I was reading a magazine which I grabbed for free, and there was a tiny review column on a book called The Leadership Secrets of Genghis Khan. Apparently there are 21 lessons from history’s most successful conqueror to be learnt. I know it’s unfair to criticize a book merely on its title, but still, what exactly should one emulate from the works and doings of Genghis Khan? And, what does it tell about how businesspeople see themselves?
