I really don’t have a clue what possessed Austrian Airlines to send me e-mails trumpeting its business class flights to Mumbai. I don’t read Czech, or Bulgarian. I have no plans of going to Mumbai, and I can’t afford business class. I thought airlines had a reasonable idea about whence and whither their customers fly. Apparently not.
