It was getting darker by the minute, and this was just about the last photograph that I managed to take on the day. I wanted to squeeze in the skyscrapers that broke gentlemen’s agreement not to construct buildings taller than that of the City Hall tower. Instead of looking Philadelphia from the above, the statue of William Penn looks somewhat overshadowed.
