Infomation this site collects

What do I know about you the visitor? Not much is the answer. Can I identify you from the records this site keeps? No. It is not possible for me to identify someone from the pieces of information I have access to and I have no other sources of information that in combination may reasonably lead me to identify you.

I have access to server logs for this site, which tells me which IP addresses accessed which files on the site at what time from which sources using what devices and which browsers. It looks like this:

This entry informs me that someone from the IP address 45.141.159.63 (remoteIp) requested and landed on https://www.wasaweb.net/ (requestUrl) on 17 June 2021 at 12:38 BST from duckduckgo.com (referer - yes it is misspelt) on an Android mobile device (Pixel 5) using Chrome 90 (userAgent).

From the above-mentioned pieces of information I have access to, I cannot identify you as a person: your IP address gives me a rough location, the city or county whence you accessed the page and possibly the district, but not the exact postal address. Furthermore I have no idea about your name, e-mail address, phone number, gender, health, wealth, sexual orientation, age, religion, and other pieces of information you would rightly consider (very) personal.

Currently these server logs are kept for 30 days and they are then automatically deleted. In other words, 30 days after the visit, I will not be able to find out which pages were visited, even if someone were to provide me with the details such as the IP address and the time of visit.
